Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Nutrition Freak, we strive to deliver high-quality personalized fitness and nutrition services. Since our offerings are digital and tailored to individual needs, please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (personalized diet plans, workout routines, consultations), we do not offer refunds once a program or service has been purchased and delivered.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order before the diet or workout plan is created and sent, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the customization process has begun, cancellation will not be possible.

3. Rescheduling Consultations

If your program includes a consultation call, you may reschedule it by providing at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment, please email us at nutritionfreak24@gmail.com with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment screenshot
  • Date of payment

We will verify and initiate a refund within 5–7 business days, if applicable.


5. Service Delivery Failure

If, due to any technical or internal error, your personalized plan is not delivered within the promised timeline (usually 2–3 working days), and we are unable to fulfill the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
